An internal networking change caused a complete SEEK API outage from 7:00pm to 8:36pm GMT+11.
All inbound requests to graphql.seek.com timed out and no outbound webhook events were delivered during this period.
Candidates could not link out from a SEEK job ad to an external apply form during this time.
Requests to the domains auth.seek.com and integration.seek.com were unaffected.
SEEK will resend the wehbhook events that were missed during the period of 6:30pm to 9:36pm GMT+11, see https://developer.seek.com/events/webhooks#duplicates for more information. This will commence from 12/02/2026 3:45pm GMT+11.
