We're performing some upgrades on our systems. Because of this, our systems won't be able to check Ad Budgets on Saturday July 8, 2023 between 8AM and 1PM AEST.

Audience: This will affect all partners using the Ad Selection Panel or ad product queries.

Impact: If a hirer has expended all their credit, the Ad Selection Panel and ad products queries may show incorrect guidance on how an ads cost will be charged to them. That is, it may show that the price will be deducted from their contract when in actuality they will be invoiced because their contract has already been exhausted.

Mitigation: Hirers who have already expended all of their credit will still be able to post as we will invoice them instead.
