Incident Summary

Between 8 December 2025 and 3 February 2026, some webhook events were not delivered by the SEEK API. Specifically, PositionProfilePosted events were intermittently dropped during this period.

Impact
- Some position profiles may not have appeared in your ATS during this time frame
- Applications associated with those position profiles may also not have been reflected in your ATS

Resolution

All missing events have now been replayed.
