We've scheduled an outage for SEEK API partner token requests to https://auth.seek.com/oauth/token to apply a security upgrade. Webhook delivery will be paused during this time to reduce processing failures.
Partner token requests will receive an error response during the outage. Once complete, the SEEK API will process its backlog of webhook requests, and partner token issuance will resume working as usual. Browser token requests to https://graphql.seek.com/auth/token will be unaffected.
If you would like to avoid the hour of downtime, ensure that your software caches access tokens. You can request a new partner token before the outage for reuse throughout the period, and partner token expiry has been temporarily extended to 72 hours to aid with this.
