Update
We’re performing some upgrades on our systems. Because of this, our systems won’t be able to check ad budgets starting from Friday 17th of November 9pm AEDT to Sunday 19th of November 12pm AEDT
Audience: This will affect all partners using the Ad Selection Panel or ad product queries.
Impact: If a hirer has expended all of their credit, the Ad Selection Panel and ad product queries may show incorrect guidance on how an ad’s cost will be charged to them. It may show that the price will be deducted from their contract when in actuality they will be invoiced because their contract had already been exhausted.
Mitigation: Hirers who have already expended all of their credit will still be able to post as we will invoice them instead.
